Terms of Service

Operator and scope

The Talavio agreement is with the operator identified in the contact section. Creating an account or using protected features means accepting these terms. Marketing information does not guarantee business results.

Accounts and security

Users must be adults and authorised to act for their business. You are responsible for accurate details, credential confidentiality and account activity, and should promptly report suspected compromise.

The service

Talavio provides tools for lead capture and qualification, preliminary estimates, visualisations, booking, team management and communication. Availability depends on the plan, configuration and release stage.

Acceptable use

• do not use the service unlawfully or infringe another person's rights;
• do not upload malware, content you cannot lawfully use, or data collected without a legal basis;
• do not bypass security or limits or access another person's account;
• provide your own legal notices and lawful basis for leads collected through your widget.

Leads and end customers

The business using the widget controls how prospect data is used and is responsible for its own privacy notice, communications, offers and work. Talavio is a technology platform and is not a party to the renovation contract between a business and its customer.

Estimates, visualisations and AI

Preliminary prices, scopes, dates and visuals are indicative. They are not a final quotation, architectural design, technical advice or guarantee of price or outcome. Users must verify site conditions and inputs before issuing a binding offer.

Content and intellectual property

Talavio and its elements are protected by intellectual-property law. You retain rights in uploaded content and grant Talavio a limited licence to store, process and display it to provide the service. You confirm you have the necessary rights.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. We may maintain the system, address risks or change functions for security, compliance or product development. Where possible, we will give reasonable notice of material changes affecting a paid service.

Plans, fees and cancellation

Price, billing period, taxes, included features, trial and cancellation terms will be shown before a paid order. Until payments are enabled, pricing information is illustrative. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service. We may proportionately restrict or suspend an account for breach, security risk, non-payment or legal duty. Export important data before deletion where an export function is available.

Liability

Talavio is liable to the extent required by mandatory law. We do not guarantee lead volume, contract conversion, user-supplied data or renovation results. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Law, complaints and updates

Polish law applies, without removing mandatory consumer rights in the consumer's country. Complaints may be sent to hello@talavio.com with the issue and requested remedy. We may update terms for legal, security or service-development reasons and will communicate material changes appropriately.
